Finding paragraph #3

I have read a lot of statements made through different article writers. The one that really caught my eye was "they teach students that conformity is more important than adaptability and do not prepare young people for the workplace and its emphasis on flexibility and problem-solving.". This really backs up my belief that what we wear to school has nothing to do with what we learn, how much we learn, or how we learn it.

Finding paragrph #2

As I have been researching more and more on my topic I have read many stories about dress code disputes that have actually made it courtrooms. As proven in the stories that i have read, if students go to far and take advantage of the no dress code rule, the jury will side with the school. Read this next quote and you will see what i mean:
If the disputed clothing is obscene, vulgar or worn in a manner that disrupts school activity or causes unrest during the school day, the courts will allow school districts more discretion in prohibiting the clothing

Finding paragraph #1

I  have scanned through my research and findings and i have come to a conclusion. As any person with common sense would know, not any two people are the same. We all have different lifestyle's, opinions, problems, and our own story to tell. But overall, we all have different personalities, and one major way that we use to express our personalities is through what clothes we wear. Not only do I myself believe this but so does a certain Supreme Court. My last statement is proven in the following quote:

'The U.S. Supreme Court has held that individuals can and do wear clothing to express ideas and opinions.'

Quote, paraphrase, and ciatation #5

If the disputed clothing is obscene, vulgar or worn in a manner that disrupts school activity or causes unrest during the school day, the courts will allow school districts more discretion in prohibiting the clothing
This quote basically says that if clothes are worn in such an extreme voulgar manor, the court will give schools a little more leigh way.

Quote, paraphrase, and ciatation #4

The U.S. Supreme Court has held that individuals can and do wear clothing to express ideas and opinions.
This quote says that the supreme court mentions that we should wear clothes to express our ideas and opinions. we are not all the same.

Graph/chart/map and citation

This graph is a very good reason why we should not have a dress code. More students oppose the idea instead of agreeing with it.
